If I could be so bold, if you have acouple of dollars to spare, you should play Florence on your phone, It is an incredible game...
it sounds like a really cute game, thanks for the recommendation!
You seem like such a kind person Naomi. PS Also a Taurus
I try! nice to meet another Taurus! 😊
For those who are considering deleting their accounts (or if you decide to) are you opposed to mutuals following you on other platforms such as Twitter or Instagram?
PLEASE let me know, I will always follow mutuals back elsewhere and would be devastated to lose them in the event of a sudden exodus-- though what I foresee for Tumblr is more of a slow decline.
I am robopigeon on Instagram and blackanorak on Twitter. Definitely send me a message saying “hey it’s X from Tumblr” if you elect to follow me on either! (I never forget a face but I am bad at keeping usernames straight.)
If you haven't played it yet, and are ever interested in a new single player game, I would highly recommend Bloodborne. A exceedingly difficult game for sure, but the world and aesthetic of it are phenomenal.
I am such a wuss I can’t even play Silent Hill.
Also I am... bad at games.
WILL I SURVIVE BLOODBORNE EVEN.
I'm curious to hear what you think of the new NIN song (God Break Down the Door). I admittedly haven't really listened to NIN a lot but I really like this song and would love to hear your thoughts on it.
It’s um... definitely a departure! Not a radical one, but I was joking to my husband that it sounded like Trent doing James Murphy doing David Bowie. It’s not my favorite example of his work, but I’ve been listening to it a bit to see if the mere exposure effect can produce some attachment or insight. I do appreciate his unwillingness to stay comfortable, and stagnant. There’s a predictable pleasure in songs like “Less Than” for hewing to the Nine Inch Nails Formula, and while it’s enjoyable it isn’t exciting.
I’m waiting for the rest of record, which I heard a significant piece of after buying my tickets for the NY shows during the Real World Presale a couple weeks back. They had listening station with headphones, and I put them on for a couple minutes to this incredible storm of a horn section. I would like to hear that again.
I hope that your birthday is wonderful, miss :)
thank you! 😊
