The scene where Pomni attacked Jax was fucking awesome. I love Jax and I think he's just coping in a really bad way, but he deserves it for consistently making their already terrible and unescapable Hell even more tortuous and unbearable. Pomni demanded a human interaction and when she was met with indifference, she chose something any person would respond to: violence
Jax stood there - for almost 10 full seconds - just staring at the spot where Pomni touched him. He even forgets their dynamic duo bit and barely reacts when she points a gun at him

Jax adamantly states that Pomni shooting him would be the funniest thing to do when in fact the entire situation they've put themselves in is nothing but upsetting. He's smiling wide in an attempt to be the funny and carefree character he thinks he needs to be, but in reality it's just off-putting and frightening. He's in her face, forcing her to aim, demanding that she kill him.
He wants an out from the conversation Pomni is forcing him to have, but leaving or walking away would prove that he's hurt, uncomfortable, or irritated. It would prove that he still has feelings.
Genuinely unsure how and why people are saying that Caine's little personalized torture montage proves that he can control their minds. Like...what. "So he DOES know their insecurities, he can see into their minds!!!" All of those insecurities were openly talked about in the circus. It was established since episode 1 that he's always watching them
