Bone Devil
The flaming skull glows, has mage hand at will so it can still grab things, it revives from death, and it's probably smarter than you! The bone devil is 9 ft (2.7 m) tall and probably has enough handholds between the spikes to avoid being stabbed! The stinger is poisonous, and they can see in the dark. They're driven by hate, lust, and envy, so unsurprisingly they're the law enforcement of hell. But they do actually fanatically follow the law!
Congrats to the bone devil, what was once the most passed monster actually won EXTREMELY decisively against the magma mephit. It's a dark horse, it was early enough that it only had 21 votes, and similar early monsters have shot up 40% before! But now it's against the highest rated pass, so who knows! It's anyone's game!
