This spicy shrimp queso flameado with ranchera salsa is a great mix of flavors, with juicy shrimp, gooey cheese, and tangy salsa. It's great for seafood lovers as an appetizer or as a main dish.
Ingredients: 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup ranchera salsa. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375F 190C. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a cutting board and chop them into bite-sized pieces. In a small baking dish, spread ranchera salsa evenly on the bottom. Layer the chopped shrimp on top of the salsa. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese over the shrimp. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
