thank you :D i wanna get bendy but it’d definitely be less of a mjolnir to the soul if a fat lady shows me how :)

l found her personality very soothing, and seeing a fat body actually doing these things was really awesome. The website seems very body positive and accepting, too. It seems very sweet in general. It doesn’t feel like gym class, or like punishment or anything, just... doing stuff that feels good.

Plus how much content is free is neat.

I was messing around looking for stuff, and I found this website called “curvy yoga” that had a bunch of free stuff, and I watched the morning one and then the one I actually did myself was the flow one. I might try a combination of the two next time since I just skipped most of the block stuff ‘cause I don’t have them. I noticed they have a lot of pose how-tos so you could kind of make your own routine of what works for you, skip what you’re not ready for, switch out something else. 

I like that the person doing it is actually fat and like knows when a bigger stomach is going to get in the way or whatever.

I like this blog post, too.

I was really busy yesterday doing a lot of crouching at work and lots of stairs and it was kind of hilarious how much snapping and popping I was doing. Probably a sign the stetching was a good idea XD I like the idea of being bendier especially, and having some guidance seems good for me. All the mindful breathing and stuff is probably good for my anxiety, too.

i did a combo, shelf of series' and then colour coded stand alones. but now it's by genre. with lil paper markers. i...i really love my shelves bro
