I just threatened my children that I will clean off that dining room table and make them eat at it if they don’t get their act together & stop spilling on the couch, the rug, the coffee table, the curtains, etc. 

Does that even make sense, threatening them with something I’ve been avoiding since oh, I don’t know, April?

Fortunately, they totally know I’m bluffing. We won’t be seeing that table until school starts at the very least.
