Just like old times.....

Based on the camp event going on in the game, I thought it'll be cute to have the ancients together and eating roasted marshmallow. Took me awhile to finished this, because I wanted to animate the fire. I had fun making this piece.

HNK 94 SPOILERS

i will just. word vomit all my emotions and feelings first... like the way adamant finally shattered at the command of phos... and hearing adamant say his final words to phos kinda snapped my heart in half ^_T at this point, phos has lost everything, including their comrades, their true self and identity, and now, their only master who had loved them unconditionally. I’M... i’m going insane.... it’s pretty nuts to know how much phos is burdening in every update... ichikawa is over here like, “but wait, there’s more..! ;-)” (and not the way she lost her ps5 raffles rip sensei... someone help her)

all sadness and despair aside, i found this chapter to be incredibly compelling not just with ichikawa’s captivating visuals but with another interesting development with phos. aechmea has been an interesting “antagonist” since the beginning, and i appreciate his role in driving phos forward, for better or for worse. their dynamic is insanely interesting!! it’s very likely that aechmea appeared to manipulate phos into putting adamant’s eye on. i think... he might have been there to distract phos in order to take all of their broken companions, perhaps to provoke phos and force them to pray. i’m only guessing, as they’re now left entirely on their own (literally can’t go anywhere either; they have no means of lunar transportation? and i am like, so sure aechmea ain’t coming back lol)-- and it just feels like the only thing they can do now is.... pray. that would ultimately be what aechmea wants, so maybe?? i also found it really peculiar that phos hallucinated the six impacts, and it makes me wonder if adamant had suffered through these visions during his time on earth ;; i’m not sure why phos is seeing them now, but i’m curious about its symbolism to the story and what this could mean for phos here on out.

i was relieved to see phos’ anguish for their broken friends dissipate, but upset that they can’t make amends since aechmea took them all away LOL.... like ok great, cool ^_^!! i almost cried when phos desperately tried to search for adamant, shinsha, and the others so they could put them back together, but they were all missing.... also, to address the ask above, i wanted to give my perspective on the earth gems! everything ichikawa writes is never black and white, meaning there are many perspectives that deviate from a single story. phos has valid feelings of emotional turmoil, but it doesn’t mean their actions were moral. to the earth gems, phos appeared to be corrupt and became a potential danger to their society and adamant. all gems struggle with communicating their feelings and can’t comprehend what they need in order to tend to their emotional grievances. their natural “solution” is to bury issues; they went through centuries doing that in the time of war, and they would continue to do so because it’s what they know. everyone has their own agenda of “right” and “wrong”, so being angry at the earth gems for their reaction towards phos felt a bit bias. anyway, i hope we get to see the earth gems come back before the series ends!! they’re technically ok....though, i wonder what they’ll decide to do with them...if anyone has more 94 thoughts to share, i’d love to know!! thank you for reading my thoughts and cries!

Emergency Planning

So, I had an idea on what the Cookie Kingdom would be like in @cuppajj baau.

I like to think that the Cookie Kingdom is the odd one out of all the places in baau. You have the Neobeast's Kingdoms where our lovely Neobeasts lives (obviously), the Creme Republic and Parfaedia being the two main safe havens, and Scovillia and Dragon's Valley getting taken over by Dragonberry Cookie. The Cookie Kingdom on the other hand is just.......there. Like, I don't think the Neobeasts are all that interested in destroying or conquering it, so it could be considered as an extra, small safe haven. But, even though the Cookie Kingdom isn't in any danger, that still doesn't mean danger isn't lurking around the corner.

The cookies I'll be focusing on are Alchemist, Eclair, Caramel Choux, and Street Urchin Cookie. These four would act as the leaders of the Cookie Kingdom, while GingerBrave and his friends are away at The Creme Republic.

Alchemist Cookie: She will be the one coming up with plans to help keep the kingdom, and citizens safe from harm. She knows evil never sleeps, and doesn't let her guard down easily. Always staying up late, and coming up with the next steps. There are times where Alchemist Cookie tend to overthink things, but she generally worried for the safety of the Cookie Kingdom, and hopes that GingerBrave and his friends are okay.

Eclair Cookie: He is Alchemist Cookie's partner, helping her with her plans, coming up with strategies, and doing research on any relics that could be useful. He does think that Alchemist Cookie is being a little too paranoid sometimes, but he doesn't blame her. The Neobeasts aren't something to take lightly, and does everything he can to help her out.

Caramel Choux Cookie: Since Town Square is located in the Cookie Kingdom, Caramel Choux Cookie will also play a part in helping out too. Regularly, she does her best to keep everyone happy, and help them out if needed. Caramel Choux Cookie keeps a positive mindset despite her concerns of the Neobeasts. She is sadden to see the once beloved heroes fall into darkness, and wants to do everything she can to keep the hope from fading. She also tries to get Alchemist Cookie to rest as much as possible.

Street Urchin Cookie: Being the protector of Town Square, Street Urchin Cookie doesn't have any problems being a protector for the Cookie Kingdom as well. She stays in the dark, making sure no shady stranger comes in, and threaten the citizens. She will alert Alchemist Cookie if she sees anything out of the ordinary, and have the Pointy Punks patrol the area. While Street Urchin Cookie isn't as worried like everyone else, she never slacks off the job. Keeping a sharp eye on everyone and everything.

There are other cookies I would like to explore in this idea, but this what I had in mind so far. Let me know what you guys think.

Being a prototype for the PrettyDoll’s toy line has been hell for Lou. Constantly having to be a perfect example to the other dolls, following strict procedures, and having little freedom, it was all too much for poor Lou. To make things worse, he has to go through these testing phrases where he’s torn apart and put back together.

Eventually, Lou got sick of it all and wanted to get away from the pain. Little did he know, he was going to run into the Original; The Prototype. The Prototype greets Lou in a calm manner, understanding his pain. He lets Lou know that he has a plan to free all the experiments from Playtimes Co.’s cruelties, and ask Lou to join him in his rebellion. Without hesitation, Lou agrees; sticking by The Prototype’s side, no longer feeling alone.

Author note: Yay!! I been wanting to make this post for a while, but my old IPad had a reboot loop issue and I had to get a whole new one. Definitely gonna try to post more ideas on this au, but I also want to do some Cookie Run fanart as well since I got back into the game earlier this year. I’m also planning to do some commissions, so look forward to that. :)

Synopsis: The Last of the Gem Dragon AU follows the story of Indicolite Dragon Cookie; the last remaining member of the Tourmaline Dragon Family; as they travel across Earthbread to find the remains of their family. They want to prove they are strong to enough to face whatever challenges that comes their way, and show the world that Gem Dragons aren't weak as some believe them to be. Indicolite Dragon Cookie will meet new allies and make new enemies as they tried to survive in a world full of unknown wonders.

The Protagonist

Indicolite Dragon Cookie: After losing their family at such a young age, they want nothing more than to find their remains, and give them a proper burial. Indicolite Dragon Cookie spent most of their life trying to become stronger, and learning more about their power. They trust no one, but themselves and will fight anyone that gets in their way. They struggle with their insecurities and loneliness, feeling like they failed to honor their late relatives by being so weak and useless. Despite this, Indicolite Dragon Cookie still keeps going, no matter how rough the road is.

Hazel Sapphire Cookie: Dreaming to become a famous gemologist like her great, great grandfather, Hazel Sapphire Cookie is passionate about her studies, and will explore every cave to find the rarest gems. She's very optimistic, adventurous, and will go full nerd mode within she gets questions about gems. Hazel Sapphire Cookie's biggest goal is to find a gem dragon to prove that they aren't myths like most cookies believe them to be. She found evidences that they clearly existed at one point, but it wasn't enough to prove her doubters wrong. Hazel Sapphire Cookie is determined to continue her great, great grandfather's legacy, and won't let anything stop her from accomplishing her goals.

The Antagonist

Longan Dragon Cookie: Known as the All-Knowing Ivory Dragon, Longan Dragon seeks nothing more than to return to the Age of Dragons. Finding cookies weak, and believes that they don't deserves to live in a world made for dragons. They are pretty familiar with the Tourmaline Dragon Family, and considers them to be weak at best due to them lacking powers. However, Longan Dragon knows that at some point they will encounter Indicolite Dragon, and will persuade them to join their plan in destroying all of cookie kind.

Note: There's one more antagonist I want to feature in this au. I just haven't come up with a name for them yet.

Relationships

This will explore the relationship Indicolite Dragon Cookie has with the Fruit Dragons and other characters featured in this au.

Hazel Sapphire Cookie and Indicolite Dragon Cookie "You're a gem dragon!! A real gem dragon!!" When Hazel Sapphire Cookie accidentally stumbles upon Indicolite Dragon's cave, she was overjoyed to see a living gem dragon still around. She wanted to ask many questions and learn more about Indicolite Dragon Cookie's family. Indicolite Dragon isn't happy about a random cookie in their territory, but finds Hazel Sapphire's studies on gems interesting, and wonders if they can take advantage of that.

Pitaya Dragon Cookie and Indicolite Dragon Cookie: "I want to test your power, little Indicolite." Pitaya Dragon was shocked when they learned that there was gem dragon roaming around as they thought all of them were wiped out. Pitaya Dragon instantly wanted to find Indicolite Dragon Cookie to see if they can handle their strengths.

Ananas Dragon Cookie and Indicolite Dragon Cookie: "Your lack of power disgusted me! Have you no pride!?" Like Pitaya Dragon, Ananas Dragon Cookie was shocked that there was one more gem dragon still alive. While they aren't going to actively look for them, Ananas Dragon won't hesitate to attack Indicolite Dragon if they enter their tropical island as they don't want a potential rival dragon on their territory.

Lotus Dragon Cookie and Indicolite Dragon Cookie: "I understand your struggles, little one." Lotus Dragon Cookie was surprised to learn that there's still one more gem dragon out there after they thought all of them died during the massive dragon war or hunted down by greedy cookies. They can't help, but feel a little sympathetic towards Indicolite Dragon Cookie as they relate to them being the last of their kind.

Lychee Dragon Cookie and Indicolite Dragon Cookie: "Well, Well, Well. Another dragon to test my powers on." Lychee Dragon instantly wanted to test their mind control powers on Indicolite Dragon for funsies, much to Indicolite Dragon's annoyance. They enjoy teasing them, and reminding Indicolite Dragon how weak there are.

Longan Dragon Cookie and Indicolite Dragon Cookie: "Is honoring your family really what you desire." Seeing a gem dragon still roaming, Longan Dragon Cookie took interest in learning more about Indicolite Dragon Cookie as they see potential in them. Longan Dragon Cookie also has some history with the Tourmaline Dragon Family, and is willing to use that information to get Indicolite Dragon Cookie to join their plan.

Author's Note: This master post is still a work in progress as I haven't figured everything out yet. I do plan on making some mini comics, animation, and lore around this au, but this is all I have for now. Things are guarantee to change as I might switch some things around. I'm looking forward to expanding this au as I had a lot of fun coming up with this idea. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me any related to this au.
