"Every night she dreamed of ash clouding the air, filling her lungs with every breath as she watched the pile of bones grow higher and higher. Big and small, brittle and healthy, bone after bone after bone of what used to be cats. Cats she cared about. Cats who left nothing behind but a void in her heart and the scratch of their remains in her throat. She'd breathe it in until she was sick, coughing and hacking and doubled over in pain, and it seemed a sin. To stand before it all and be able to feel when they couldn't.
Every night, she'd wake up wheezing, burying her nose desperately into the slowly rising and falling fur of her family. And she'd pray, oh she would pray that her dreams-- her nightmares may never see the light of day, that fire may not glint on her teary eyes.
But still, her prayers remained unanswered."
Flarespots' Vocation will tell the story of one of wotz's most mysterious characters, the enigmatic Bright Grove spirit named Flarespots. Her history remains largely unknown at the moment, but as more characters in the rp learn more about her, chapters of this Super Edition will slowly be released. These chapters will be available for the general non-wotz public to read as well, so whether you're a part of the rp or not you can at least get a taste of wotz lore!
