@jaguarwood101 ‘s flash request: Headcanon that Keith actually can turn into his galra form like his mother Krolia. He found out long ago but hasn’t told anyone for fear of being judged. So one night his lover (the reader) walks into his room because she heard him crying out in his sleep. He was having a nightmare and turning back and forth into his galra form and human form. // What is his lover’s reaction and how does Keith react to her finding out. // Characters: Keith and the reader (his lover) // Fluff Headcanon

His s/o (you)

- it was late when you heard him crying, around 2:30am

- You ran to his room as fast as you could

- You may have tripped over a few things as you ran

- The door slid open to reveal your boyfriend sobbing quietly and muttering in his sleep

- His face was wet with tears and his hair was stuck to his forehead, but it was purple, he was purple.

- You were surprised at first at the same time not really

- He had always insisted on sleeping in separate rooms and when you’d fall asleep on him you’d wake in your own bed

- You gently moved his hair out of his face and planted a small kiss on his head, trying to call him down

- He didn’t wake up but he did stop crying and sweating

- He would probably frown upon you crawling in bed with him but you didn’t care, you slid behind his and wrapped your arms around his waist

- You ran your hands through his hair and down his furry arms

- You though the birthmarks in his arms and face were cute

- All and all youvloved his galra form just as much as his human form, it didn’t matter what he looked like, you loved him regardless

Keith

- He had known that he was galra for sometime

- He didn’t tell you because he didn’t want to burden you with it, and he was slightly afraid you’d leave him

- He awoke to your arms tangled around his torso, and him pulling you closer to his chest

- At first He didn’t realize he was still in his galran form

“Shit.” He muttered, trying to untangle you and him, without waking you.

“Stop moving.” You mumbled, snuggling deeper into his chest.

- He knew

- But you said nothing, you just snuggled into him more, mumbling sweet nothing

- He started to quietly cry, what did he do to deserve you? Why where you so amazing to him?

- He pulled away from him and kissed your face all over, whispering how much he loves you

- You both agreed no more secrets
