New Mint Flashbar : @full power, dialed towards white exposure, <0.5M.
New Mint Flash Bar: @1/2 power, exposure dialed dark, <0.5m. Looks like best practice is to dial towards the white part of the exposure dial. Also as you get closer than 0.5 meters should open up the flash to full power because the aperture gets tiny at close distances.
