Brain Over Binge is the book the girl in that video I told you about was referencing and said it helped her a lot. Also talking about it to your therapist will probably help. She’ll probably be able to help you find some resources!

Oh cool, thanks! Yeah I plan to talk to her when I see her again, but I don't know when that will be, possibly late in the coming week. But I'm totally gonna look into that book, gracias seastar.
