Flat Belly Tips - Build Muscles Quick
How many people are on the quest to achieve healthiness and to become more “fit”? A lot of us are..in fact a lot of the time every decision we make during our day are influenced by these goals including: eating, exercise, sleeping, work, literally everything in your day. Once we feel that we have reached a comfortable point in fitness or our first goal we set in a healthier lifestyle, what happens next? We look for something to improve on or some way to even take our ambitions farther. This being said I’m going to focus on blasting the top layer of fat usually covering the belly.
My first tip is…we need to understand the concept for weight loss is calories in/calories out. Losing weight is all about eating in a healthy calorie deficit! You could eat Oreos all day as long as you stayed in your deficit..you would still lose weight. Although, your body composition wouldn’t be great and you would become more unhealthy (counterproductive).
Second tip is..change your workout and variation of each workout. I workout 6 times a week and never do the same exercise in my lifts or same type of run. Examples for my lifts I do each muscle twice but one day use only dumbbells and body weight, and the other day heavy bar weights. For running I do sprints or quick paced jog intervals. This way your body never adjusts always having a different workout to blast fat and build muscle.
Third tip is..Be happy. A lot of times we feel bloated and have that top fluffy layer of skin more inflated due to stress. By staying positive and happy you lower your cortisol (stress) production which is already released when you strain your body on workouts and runs. Often times people who excessively workout and don’t feel or see what they want end up hurting themselves even more by producing double the amount of negative hormones (used in a negative way).
Fourth tip is..learn. We all have different goals..personally I want to put on a few pounds of muscle. I’m constantly reading and trying new things to see what works best. Its impossible to read one site or article and get the full idea of what you are aiming to accomplish. Take pride in what you do!
