That's Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax not mugen. No way is mugen ever going to look that good.
I had no idea something like this was even out. I mean, I had heard of that Cross of Venus game before, but this is my first time hearing about DBFC, so the only thing I could imagine it being was MUGEN, which I last looked at like four years ago, so I assumed it had improved since then.
That being said, I want this game and I want it now holy shit it has Taiga and Shana as PCs and Holo the Wise Wolf as an assist character are you fucking kidding me
