Like cheese? Like guacamole? This controversial (but delicious) new cheese from Daily Dairy has married these flavors together! Some think its wrong, but others think its right. We are on the latter side of the fence. There's nothing wrong with experimenting. It's a fun flavored cheese that is strikingly green and always a conversation starter on the cheese board. We loved it simply melted over nachos, and in quesadillas, burritos... Grate it and melt to create a dip...a cheeky addition of smoky chorizo will take this to another level.
