Food insecurity is a real problem in the UK, with the lowest income households only having £3/day to spend on food and 3 million people being malnourished. Spread the word about their 'Donate Your Plate' campaign- removing the colour and thus flavour from my dish and donating it to those in need. Follow @KnorrUK and post a black & white food image on Instagram with the hashtag #FlavourForAll - for every photo shared, they'll donate a meal to @TrussellTrust.
