How to create a pretty damned good flea trap.
Take a clear baking pan, fill it about a third with water, put a bit of dish soap in it, set it on the floor. Take a glass or small candle holder and set it in the center of the pan. Turn on an electric tea light, and place it in the cup. Now leave that go all night. In the morning, you should have a bunch of dead fleas in the pan.
Just be careful not to step in it, or worse, on the edge flipping it over.. which I've done both, and neither was the end of the world, just use dirty laundry to sop up your mess. wa and la.
