Margherita de' Medici
Margherita de' Medici (31 May 1612 – 6 February 1679) was Duchess of Parma and Placenza by her marriage to Odoardo Farnese, Duke of Parma. Margherita was regent of Placenza in 1635, and regent of the entire duchy from 1646 until 1648 during the minority of her son.

Description
Boccaccio's novella in the Decameron tells the story of Cimon, who, despite his noble lineage, was uninterested in education and good manners. Upon seeing the equally beautiful and educated Efigenia, however, he decided to earn her love by acquiring all the knowledge necessary for a nobleman.
