I remember hearing a lot of...many former Imperial citizens coming to Maginia, not just as explorers but as refugees too.

Junpei introduced me once before, but I’m Flemming Fisker. Back in the Empire, I studied and translated ancient literature for the sake of preservation and education, and in the last few years that the Empire was around, I travelled around the country collecting folk tales from all classes and backgrounds so that we could preserve some aspect of Asgardian culture, even after Asgard’s last generation had died. Old tales and stories are what my expertise is, hence why I chose such a focus...

I have two versions of my collection of tales: the original folk tales as they were told to me, and a...version that’s more friendly for children and sensitive folk in general. A lot of Imperial folk tales could get...a tad dark. It makes sense, given the harshness of our lives, but nonetheless it may not be palatable to everyone.

If you’re from the Empire and you have any folk tales or fairy tales that have been passed down to you, that you want to tell me for recording them for future generations, I’d love to hear them. My work is never done, after all. And if you grew up in Tharsis, I’ve found that with our common ancestry, their folk tales tend to be similar to ours, so I’d enjoy hearing Tharsian stories too. Junpei, Harlan, Annette, Havardr, and Logre have all been very helpful thus far, but again, more voices are always appreciated.
