i think it is useful to know whose post it is both at the top and bottom, but I do think it could have been done without dynamic images
i can agree with that, yeah; i've often thought it would be good to be able to tell who a post belongs to without scrolling back up but i'm really bothered by how tumblr chose to accomplish it
