((Omg))
Pros: They’d balance each other out. Saph would help keep Eep on track. Eep would help Saph loosen up some and live a little.
Cons: Little arguments strewn out here and there. Miscommunication at times, and getting frustrated with each other a good few times.
what a cutie
A six year old Saph tugged lightly at the end of Eep’s dress, grinning widely before holding her hands up to her and bouncing on the balls of her feet “Up up! Pleeeeeeaaasse?”
smooch! (heeh)
((omg))
Saph’s eyes widened greatly at the sudden kiss, tensing and wondering if she was having a small hallucination. The very real feeling of it all told her the opposite and she quickly moved back, blushing brightly and staring at Eep confused “Wh-wha….what was that abo- why did you..uhh…umm…c-care to explain somethings here Eep?”
conserve water! (ahaha)
"Eep!" The blonde pulled the shower curtain around her, looking at the redhead before her in bewilderment. "What are you doing!"
//…omfg XD
I miss you.
Send me “I miss you” to know what my muse will say after 1 year, 5 years, then to 10 years after your muse’s death.
1 year:
❀} —- Ugga watched as Sandy scrambled across the sand, then reached forward to grab her before she disappeared out of her sight. ”Whoa there, Sandy. Bed time,” the woman reminded, getting a whine from her daughter. ”No matter how much you whine, that’s not gonna change. Now head on over to Dada, Missy.” With a reassuring push she sent her youngest off back to where the family had decided to stay. She looked back at the horizon, noticing all the sparkling stars in the dark sky. Her expression softened, and she looked up and around in wonder.
"Hey, Eep? I know you’re there somewhere," Ugga said, speaking to the sky. The whole family had decided that the oldest of the Crood offspring would be somewhere in the stars of Tomorrow when she passed. "Stay safe, and we’ll try and do the same. Miss you." Ugga was one of the last to get over her daughter’s death, but she had somehow managed to hold back tears when she blew a kiss to the sky.
5 years:
❀} —- “Hey Mama, Glide taught me how ta make a trap today!” Sandy exclaimed, disrupting Ugga’s peaceful reminiscing on the shore. A grin came across her face, and she picked up her daughter with ease. ”Oh, did he?” she asked the seven-year old, who nodded vigorously.
"Uh-huh! He said I was almost as good as Eeps." Sandy’s triumphant smile faded a little when she noticed her mother’s face fall slightly at the mention of her late sister. "Can we talk ta Eeps tonight?" she asked, with pleading eyes.
"Of course, Honey." Ugga wrapped her arms around Sandy, then looked back up to the suns of Tomorrow. "You wanna say something first, or should I start?"
Sandy threw her arms over her mother’s, in thought. ”I’m gonna start this time. Hi, Eeps! I made a trap today, did you see it? I hope you did, ‘cause it was a lot like the ones you and Glide made all the time!” She gave a giggle. ”You woulda been happy.”
Fondly, Ugga ran a hand through Sandy’s hair, which she was keeping in a messy ponytail, much like the one that her mother used to have. ”I bet she would have been,” she agreed, looking up at the sky again. ”She’s so much like you now, Eep,” the mother stated. ”I wish you could be here to experience it.” Five years had passed since that unfortunate day, and Ugga was slowly healing from how bad she missed her oldest.
"I miss you Eeps!" Sandy exclaimed, reaching her hands to the sky. Ugga gave a melancholy chuckle, wiping away a tear.
"I miss you, too."
10 years:
❀} —- Ugga tugged a begrudging Grug onto the familiar beach, a young mirth visible in elderly eyes. ”Come on, just one more, I promise.” Despite the fact that most of her hair was now a shade of whiite that was not unlike her mother’s, Ugga still had a spritely spring in her step. It seemed that both she and Sandy had been taking up the qualities of the deceased Crood, even after ten years.
"Ugga, no - I can’t," Grug began tiredly, which only caused Ugga to roll her eyes.
"Grug, she’ll love talking to you," Ugga encouraged with a soft smile. "I know she will. Stop being so mopey. You know she hates that."
Grug opened his mouth to interject, and Ugga’s expression softened, becoming more sincere. ”I know you don’t like being reminded of it, but it wasn’t your fault. Come on, this’ll make you feel better.” Reluctantly, Grug complied.
The father Crood was the only one who hadn’t spoken with Eep in her place with the stars, mainly because of the guilt that came with each reminder of his eldest. Ugga, the gentle optimist, had been pressing him to speak to her before it was too late - he had almost as many white hairs as she did - and finally she had succeeded. With a smile, she intertwined her fingers with Grug’s, staring at the familiar scene.
"Hey Eep, I brought your father this time," Ugga began, with Grug giving a feeble hello in greeting. "Just in time, too. I think sooner or later, your old man’s going to join you. Thought it would be nice to tell you beforehand," she commented, causing an eyeroll from Grug. "And he’s absolutely ecstatic to be here." Lightly, Ugga nudged her mate in the shoulder.
"I don’t know if you can hear me, but I’m sorry, Eep," Grug said, then turned around to go back and join the others. "There, I said it. I’m leaving now."
"Grug!"
With a sigh, he turned back around. ”And I miss you. Really. Guy’s got all these ideas, and it would be nice for him to have someone to be here for him to talk to. Ideas aren’t really my thing. You’d love them.” Ugga gave Grug’s hand a comforting squeeze when she saw his face fall.
"They’re getting better and better," Ugga continued, smiling. "You should listen to them sometime."
"Your father loves you. We all love you, and we hope you’re safe, Honey."

❀} —- Ugga climbed back up the tall tree that the family had chosen to stay in for the night. A part of her felt guilty for leaving Grug alone down on the ground, but she was tired of the sourness between her mate and their guide. Personally, she was grateful that Guy had decided to join the odd family as they tried to find somewhere new to stay. He was a pleasant distraction, a nice change from the routine life they'd taken on.
If only Grug could see that.
With a soft sigh, Ugga climbed to the top of the tree just to catch her mother telling a story of her youth. Her eyes lit up in silent mirth. Her mother had never shared the story, and she supposed that she was spurred on by the change of environment. The lovely tale took a twist ending, and everyone laughed at the misfortune in the end. Ugga chuckled, sitting beside Eep as she did.
"You doing ok?" she asked her daughter, the amusement still twinkling in her eyes.
Glitch!//Open rp
Saph could not for the life of her figure out or get used to this whole...glitching thing. It didn't happen ever minute or even followed any sort of pattern, it was sporadic and it bugged her to no end. She was used to figuring out how things about her worked, and learning how to control them. This however she couldn't, and it'd already lead to a few accidents i.e. tripping due to the fact she'd glitched out and missed a step.
The redhead grumbled, stuffing her hands into her pockets as she cautiously went down the street. She had figured out that the glitching did have a small tell tale sign that it was going to happen, a small tingling feeling that she felt along her skin a second or two before it occurred So far she'd been good and she'd thought she was okay. but of course the luck didn't last as that small tingle returned and she gasped. She didn't have time to duck away or even stop her stride, glitching out and as a result accidentally bumping into someone "O-o-h I'm so sorry!"
