Hi! I tried to use flex but it doesn't work with my rent portal amd flex themselves said this but they still took out the money, the whole day I've been trying to get in contact with anyone but as soon as I explain my situation the support person stops responding or copy paste a generic FAQ response. If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate it

Can anyone help? I’ll admit I don’t even know what flex is.
