I’m about to start stretching so I though I would post a little update.
I have a new stretching routine and do it almost every day. I’ve seen improvement on my middle split as well as on my left split.
The last one makes me particularly happy because I’ve struggled with it the most.
I still haven’t taken time to take pictures to track the progress correctly though. Hopefully I’ll it before the end of the month.

guys guys guys today in ballet we were doing our barre stretch and we usually finish with working on splits and I realized that I'm closer than I've ever been to getting my full splits! I'm so excited! Just goes to show what haaarrrrd work can do! I know those last inches are going to be the hardest, but I'd love to be able to defeat my mindblocks that I've had about my flexibility for as long as I can remember
