This isn’t something I’m able to achieve first thing in the morning. I have to do a series of stretches to get there but then I do. Listen not everyone can touch their toes at the beginning of the day try lying down on your back hug each knee, rolling bridges, extend your legs roll up into toe taps and a little downward dog is a good start.
