If you are older (40+) or have an injury, you must get your body in alignment before you start to seriously workout. Otherwise you will develop pain somewhere and then stop working out. I lost my family for opening my mouth. I do no longer tolerate behavior with the intention to bring me down. When I say no, when I treat them the way they treat me, then I am a bitch. Setting boundaries, makes me be work in their eyes. Work not worth doing.

I know my worth, I have my mom, my boyfriend and my dear friends. They know me with all my flaws, but would never use my weakness against me to feel powerful.

I am rather a bitch( a proud bitch) instead of being the person that always smiles and swallows the pain.

If you feel like being the scapegoat of the family, it is not your fault. If it wouldn't be you, it would be someone else. You are worthy of love not pain.
