Flexible working hours are great, because if I start early I get to finish early. I can do breaks as I need them and don't have to worry with appointments as much.

That being said, flexible working hours are awful because there is nothing forcong me out of bed in the morning and sometimes I would rather sleep for another hour knowing fully tbat I'll regret it in the evening when I have to work till 6 or 7pm
