Heyyyy do you guys have any ways to motivate yourself to eat healthy and exercise

i just tell myself how much my body is benefiting from being healthy. 

stronger

clearer skin

more energy

nicer hair

better mood (exercising helps with stress)

and of course healthier looking body shape

i also recommend making some of these weight loss/weight gain jars if you're wanting to lose/gain weight it's a creative way to keep track
