Wall Walk Into A Bridge (Chest Touching The Wall).....Next stage of beginning bridging, at 1st just do your best to touch your forehead then your nose to the mat, as you get more flexible, touch your chest to the wall (really stretches everything). After about 10 reps, you can roll on to your side or walk back up the wall. Great for beginner bridges and building up incredible flexibility in the spine.
