#flexiiyogii Day 7: #frogpose I thought the roller would help me get some height, but I didn't factor it rolling away from me😉. Working the strength side of bridge for Day 5 #flexiiyogii this first half is all about trying to stay steady shoulder to shoulder hip to hip front to back while moving legs, the second half may not look like a lot but my backside is on fire trying to stay high as that wheel wants to roll away.
