This space may look empty, but my heart is fullā¤ļø... had the BEST day connecting with @raga_yoga staff for new hire paperwork (getting used to the sound of thatš) ... and speaking with a half dozen old/new/long lost students looking to join. I am seriously overjoyed with the team that is building and the smiles that are growing. The rains have returned... such is life; dark days come and as easy as it may be to abandon practice, these are the times we need it most. Breath, movement, consistency and dedication; these are what get me through. So, Iāve moved inward; found refuge on dry land and with my practice, I find shelter from the storm.
