He had a feeling he was gonna take a quick liking to the kid. Maybe it was due to the fact he’s finally around mammals like him, maybe it’s due to his easily friendly nature. Or maybe, it was due to the fact he was finally around another engineer that matched his skill set. Rocket knows he’s not easy to get along with, so to be able to make friends with Tails so fast, makes him able to breathe that much easier.
A smile is passed, one engineer to another.
