“ Ah - ?! ” An audible gasp escapes the young mage upon getting a proper glimpse of the boy in front of her, eyes shining in amazement seeing how he looked and the feathery limbs that folded along his back.

“ Those wings - they’re so feathery and pretty! Are they real? Are they real wings?! Are you an angel? ” A series of questions fired in rapid succession as she continued to hold herself incredulous at the sight of the stranger’s wings. Even if they weren’t real, it looked really good! Like he was a real angel!

         【 ❀ 】Okay. She had seen many things. Monsters with 50 eyes, beasts with 100 arms; even talking flying foxes with magical power. But never in her entire life had she ever seen a human with wings.

          Melody was just about to begin tonight’s work and hunt for Night Beasts, but upon landing on the rooftops, she had spotted a winged boy not so far away. She was cautious--confused, but curious--as she made her way over to him, hopping along the rooftops before landing behind him.

     Maybe he was friendly? Maybe he was lost? There was only one way to find out, right?

        “...U-Um-- Hello?”

  Raising an eyebrow while staring at the other with a confused look. “You want to trade me... Your feathers... For this spoon?” Rubbing her neck for the unusual trade deal of the century. “May I ask why you want this spoon, sir?” Kaia smiled while sweating.

The exasperated tone from the swordsman had been heavy, and filled with slight annoyance. “I undersand that you are particularly eager but please calm down.” Chrom pleaded, fatigue on his face while addressing the angel maturely. “Getting work up will only tire you out faster.”

‘ you know, i still find it hard to believe you’re an angel -- you’re certainly less of an eyesore than the angels i deal with. ‘ the inclination to attack was overwhelming. but she’d play nice. for now.

   “ uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh and uh…guess i could? fancy shampoos aren’t really safe, but     there’s gotta be fruit juice that you can use on them. or would that make them sticky? sticky     wings are pretty nasty. ”

  “Well, we don’t have those types of shampoos here but since I’m a forest fae it’s quite easy for me to smell like a fruit or whatever I wanted. Do people like you enjoy having nice smells or is there no smell at all?” She giggled.

  “It would be hard to fly with sticky wings! You’re so cool!”
