Flija - Albania/Kosovo

- made on a grill outside, its specially made for making “Fli”, its a low grill, the fire is placed on dry ground, and every layer is added per hand, the part thats put on top usually is being moved with a hay rake, because its too hot to touch with hands (submitted by haidebonbon)
