My dad was so surprised that these are allowed to float about on the interwebs! But caricaturing politicians is such a national pastime, this had to happen. So much better than those weepy ads Google makes for India.

what do you mean? If understanding right just "flashing gif" or "seizure warning" would be OK. Tho now that I think about it I realize that "seizure warning" things could show up in the "seizure" tag. Ahhh Tumblr needs a better system

for tagging things in general, if you put "tw (trigger)" or "(trigger) tw" that is OK? Is also safe to just put the trigger itself since that is what we block. That can some times cause creeps to come onto the blog so yeah I get it. 

For people blocking things: the * is your friend. it covers anything before or after what you want to block. I use blacklist and things won't block in tags unless I put (trigger)*

Eating dates can help sometimes, because they contain a lot of fiber. Bananas are also good for this.

Lemon water is safe for cats though, right? And yeh, I would be scared of duct tape as well. Or maybe, just spray some plain water on him whenever he tries to chew on the stuff? It is used to deter cats as well

oh yeah I'm just worried if he gets the lemon water in his fur it'll deter him from grooming. and spritzing him might make him not use the cat tree anymore cuz they cant always understand what they did wrong. and he is an extremely sensitive cat

and I cant put the deterrent stuff on the parts he chews cuz it would touch his fur. I'm thinking of using duct tape on the edges. I just dunno if that's safe in case he eats some? it would be best to put like rawhide or sisal on it but I dunno how to attach it.

Can you try spraying perhaps lemon-water all over the place he wants to chew? Lemon-water deters cats from going to places, as they don’t like the smell of lemon.

it's his cat tree (a multi-tiered thingy he sleeps on and looks out the window) so I cant use a deterrent. or at least I have to be very selective about it.
