Olesya stood outside as the rain fell down on her raised face. She realized that she would soon be drenched, and could get sick, but at the moment she didn’t care. She loved the way the rain felt on her face, on her skin. Made her feel free, unhindered, practically sane again. She looked down suddenly as a jacket was place on her shoulders. Burying her nose in the jacket, she breathed deeply, and smiled. She knew that scent. Trusted the man it belonged to. Olesya turned her head to the side slowly. “Hey Finnick. You didn't have to, but thank you anyway.”

Imagine when you find your soulmate, your heart starts to glow red. Send me “♥” for my muses reaction to it happening when our muses meet.
Years had passed since Annie had given up the hope of finding her true love. She had concluded there was no such a thing as a soulmate, and if there was, she wasn’t going to find him. Not in Panem. Not on Earth. It was nothing more than a stupid myth. No one would ever fall in love with her insanity.
Walking through the dunes of her home-district, Annie tried to ignore the screams and sounds of swords in her mind. The beach was the only place peaceful enough where she was able to do that. It had been two weeks since she came out of the arena, her skin soaked by the water released by the opened dam and the few scratches she got from the bushes. They’d already faded away, leaving a soft pink skintone behind on the victor. Unlike to the scratches, her mental problems wouldn’t disappear that smooth.
Suddenly, her heart made some shocking movements. As she bowed her head to find out what was going on in her chest, she was left out of breath by a red glow, seeming to come from the inside. Annie left out a scream as she touched the light and stumbled backwards, tripping over a small pile of sand. “How…?” she muttered, taking one last breathe before lifting her head to look around. The beach was abandoned as far as she could see. Was she hallucinating? Or maybe the ocean was her soulmate? Not worth to fall in love with a proper person, so she was claimed by the water?
Annie was about to fall in the wet sand to cry her eyes out, wasn’t it she saw a small dot in the distance. It was too far away for her to see who it was, but she was convinced it was a person. Dragged by curiosity she got back on her feet and moved as fast as she could towards the dot, trying not to look awkward in case it was just a fisherman. She fell a few times, but didn’t hesitate to stand up again. If this person was her soulmate, she… what would she do? Annie didn’t know, but at least she could meet him.
Twenty meters away. Annie recognized someone and blinked a few times to make sure she wasn’t dreaming before walking another ten meters. The guy in front of her was no one less than the famous Finnick Odair. The mentor who had dragged her through all this. Her mouth opened to say something when she noticed the same red, glowing light on the place of his heart.
“So… it was you all along.”

Thankyou bby! :*
Ears perked at the melody that sounded through the air. Awakened from his thoughts, the tune called him - like the siren call to those poor soldiers who fell prey to it. Still, he could not quench the desire to find out where the song was coming from; from whose lips such a melody could be produced. Footsteps padded downstairs. Not satisfied, they led outside; outside to where the familiar figure of Annie sat. Not wishing to interrupt immediately, he instead opted to enjoy the performance. More often, did he wish, that Annie’s mood would be as light as it appear then. ”You should sing more often,” was eventually uttered.
She continued to sing, her fingers tracing a pattern on the step beside her. It was almost as if she was completely lost in the music and that she would stay there until her song came to an end.
But she stopped as soon as she heard his voice. She turned quickly to see him standing there, her cheeks a light shade of pink. “I-I didn’t think anyone was listening.”
If she thought he would have heard, she probably wouldn’t have been singing in the first place. “It reminds me of my childhood.”

Johanna walked down the busy corridors, walking slowly despite the rush of people around her. She hugged her sketchbook close to her chest, nervous that someone might pull it out of her hand. The last wave of peole rushed through the halls and someone shoved her shoulder. “Watch where you’re going retard!” She shouted, continually cursing under her breath and sighing, until the boy turned around and ripped her book in half “Nerdy slut,” He muttered, dropping the book on the floor. Johanna nearly slapped him, but he ran off before she had the chance.
She bent down to pick up the ripped pages, filling through them and tempted to throw them all away. Her father told her that she had a gift, her mother though, less enthusiastic. Crouched over her torn up book, someone bent down to help her, picking up the pages “I don’t need help,” She snapped, not looking up at the person in front of her “Just leave me alone,”
