thranduil would be doting. i think smaug would be, in her own right, just not as overwhelmingly apparent as thrandy. she would be very protective of her children -- not to say that he wouldn't be, but i think she would be constantly aware of dragons being a thinned out race.

er. i'm not entirely sure? i feel like their romanticism with eachother woudn't be the textbook definition of romantic. more like the "i'm still here so that's a one up on everybody else" sort of romantic.

neither, probably. they're both very old creatures, and i'd imagine that they get to a point where it sort of blends together and they're not really sure which day of the week it is, so after a while, things like that are sort of a trivial occurrence.

thranduil, though i suppose adventurous isn't a particularly apt adjective for either one. they're both the type that take a bit to find their homes, so once they're there, they're content.
