honestly its so annoying to myself that i desire interaction, even in person, but i have a hard time with keeping up relationships. i have a hard time dedicating a lot of my time to something especially when I dont get that back. so when my brain gets upset when none of my friends are responding to me, its upsetting but I also know its prob because i ignore them every time my mental health takes a drop and i just cant bare to respond to anyone
