Self care Sunday. Finished my first float therapy session at @floattherapyspahuntingtonbeach #floattherapyspa and I'm one happy and relaxed 😌 dude. It's important to include recovery in one's fitness and healing program. I'd heard about elite athletes using this kind of therapy to relax, #detox, #meditate, and eliminate stress brought on my exercise and the rigors of daily life. I needed to really bring down the inflammation brought on by my rigorous #exercise #training program. The experience was so relaxing floating in a pod filled with water and Epsom salts while listening to #meditation music in a completely dark environment. It's like being back in your momma's womb just chilling. It was a galactic experience for me as I sunk into a lucid dreaming state on this day of portal opening.
