Was curious to see how doug would look as a floatzel, so I drew it!
Even though he’s way bigger than he was as a Buizel, he can still fit into his classic hat since his head is mostly the same size. I think he would probably need to get a smaller bracelet though, since he wouldn’t have the same round flipper-arms he had as a buizel.
I think the current Buizel version of Doug that we know is probably somewhere around 19 years old (or whatever the Pokemon equivalent is), and he ends up evolving around 21 years old, which is also probably a few years after he joins the Starcatcher Guild.
