Can we talk about how Nick Wilde from Zootopia and Levi Ackermann from AOT share the same German voice actor?

Why didn't I notice that right away?

Because of the post of @diminuel I searched for the german voice (Florian Halm) of Castiel (supernatural) and found out that he voiced Nick Wilde from Zoomania and Dr. Watson from Sherlock Holmes, as well! OMG!! I need to draw Castiel as Fox (Zoomania style)!

okay y’all since there was a lot of interest in the German dub of SPN recently and looking up voice actors online is one of my favourite hobbies, I present to you the German cast of Supernatural (a.k.a what other characters they voice and why I can’t take them serious)

Sam (Wanja Gerick)

- is not only voice actor, also responsible for the dialogue - 705 roles voiced overall, a best-of below - voiced Jared Padalecki as Dean in Gilmore Girls already (consistency, we love to see it) - Max Estevez in Jimmy Neutron. - Wade in Kim Possible. - Krillin in the Dragon Ball Z movies. - Brandon in the Winx Club series - Fred in the 2009 and 2010 Scooby-Doo movies (no he wasn’t in Scoobynatural) - Nigel (Joe Sims) in Broadchurch - various one-episode jobs (mostly suspects I guess) on NCIS, Castle, The Mentalist, Bones, Criminal Minds ... (insert any crime show you like. chances are high he’s been in it). And tons of one-episode things at Emergency Room. Seriously, tons of. (Also he was on The Suite Life once)

Dean (Julien Haggège)

- consistent voice actor for Jensen (Dawsons Creek, Smallville,                Batman: Under the Red Hood, My Bloody Valentine) - 1336 roles overall, again my favs incoming - Spencer (Jerry Trainor) in iCarly. - Eddie (Josh Peck) in the Ice Age movies. - L in Death Note. - Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) in Star Wars. - Map in Dora&Friends. - just like German Sam lots of one-episode appearances, mostly in NCIS, Emergency Room, Hawaii Five-0, Buffy, Bones, Grey’s Anatomy (also, one episode of Doctor Who)

Cas (Florian Halm)

- ah. this one. probably THE most omnipresent voice actor we got. Everytime I turn on the TV he’s there. - 1141 roles overall, which is less than German Dean has, but I tell you, you can’t escape this one. Some favs below - started voice acting as a child in the 70s so if you’re German, you probably grew up with his voice in your fav cartoons. (Remember Wickie? Pumuckl? Yeah that’s him) - German voice for Jude Law in pretty much everything he did except for Fantastic Beasts. - Colin Farell in pretty much everything he did including Fantastic Beasts. - Shaggy in Scooby-Doo. Yes, he did voice Scoobynatural. This mad lad is out there in the German dub of Scoobynatural talking to himself. - Ezekiel on The Boys (I haven’t watched that show but like... come on) - Micah in Paranormal Activity - Chris (Rob Lowe) in Parks and Rec. (the vibes are exact opposite and I cannot handle this) - various guest roles on modern day Doctor Who as well as the original series. - just like the other two, NCIS, Hawaii Five-0, Law & Order, Elementary ... Short version, as soon as you turn on the TV and there’s a crime show, he’s in it. (except that one time Misha was on NCIS, he didn’t voice THAT) Anyway. So much on the German dub. I don’t like watching it, because everyime I do, all I can hear is Spencer from iCarly, Wade from Kim Possible and NCIS suspect dude talking to each other in a weird monster au crossover. Do with that info whatever you want.

I yelled the name of Castiels german voice

At Saturday Misha wanted to know if anybody knows the name of the actor who makes the german voice over bc he watched a video of supernatural in german. So I yelled through the whole room Florian Halm. Misha seems impressed or at least surprised that someone know to name. To be honest Florian Halm is only the voice of Castiel. In other films Misha has an other voice. Poor guy don’t have a constant voice in german. Florian Halm is also the german voice of Jude Law

Everyone’s blogging about zootopia and how great of a movie it is.

Meanwhile I just sit here, with it blacklisted to avoid spoilers while my only objective to watch it is “Halm <3”

Random movie fact: Nick Wilde of Zootopia and Supernatural’s Castiel have the same German voice, Florian Halm.

I actually like the German voice better than Jason Bateman in the undubbed version of Zootopia.
