We are recently back from PULSE Miami Beach 2014, showcasing the dialogue between Jeffrey Teuton and Florian Japp in 'Insightful Readings into the Abstract' To Keep Everyone Around Me Out. The exhibition, curated by Alexandra Rockelmann & Michaela Richter, casts light on the two narrative approaches of the involved artists: they both depict and create atmospheres encoded in daily personal experiences (Teuton) or in the balance between juxtaposed familiar objects (Japp).
