Florijn has five male Netherland dwarf rabbits, whom he affectionately refers to as “the boys”. All five of the rabbits are bonded and coexist in the same “rabbit room” in his house. Peacefully bonding male rabbits together is a rare feat, but Florijn is pretty much a rabbit whisperer.

what is a typical day like for him, if he has one. if not, why does it vary so much?

A day for Florijn pans out roughly like this (a work day, since he works 5-6 days a week):

6:00 am: Wake up. Shower, get dressed, feed the rabbits and give them their water. Have breakfast. Breakfast will almost always be toast with Hagelslag (and a milk coffee). Pack lunch (if he chooses to eat a packed lunch. Usually it’s leftovers.)

6:45 am: Leave home on your bicycle. Ride bicycle to train station.

7:15 am: Take bike with you onto train. Ride train from Amsterdam to Den Haag.

8:35 am: Arrive in Den Haag. Leave train station on your bike, ride bike to work.

9:00 am (roughly): Start work. Work. Do country things.

12:00 pm: Lunch break. Usually, he’ll either go to a restaurant, or eat his leftovers in a park or something. On really busy days, he eats lunch at his desk and continues working through lunch.

1:30 pm: Lunch break is over. Back to work. Do more country things. Probably snack on something at some point.

5:30 pm: Finish working. Bike back to the train station.

6:00 pm: Take bike with you onto train. Ride train from Den Haag to Amsterdam.

7:20 pm: Arrive back in Amsterdam. Ride bike home.

7:35 pm: Arrive home. First thing, refill rabbit food and water. Second thing, cook dinner. He actually cooks himself something decent. Throwing garbage in the microwave won’t do. Cooks enough for two people so he has leftovers for later. Eats dinner.

8:30 pm: finish dinner, goes to play with rabbits.

9:30 pm: Fuck around and do other things. Housecleaning. Watch re-runs of mediocre reality TV shows. Read a book. Re-read a book. Masturbate to porn. Whatever things a Florijn does.

11:50 pm: Get ready for bed.

12:00 am: Go to bed.
