ā¦Heās regretting this. He hasnāt even met up with the man yet, ā¦and yet-Ā
He sighs, navigating his way through the busy street that is absolutely packed with people. ā¦.Heā¦doesnāt like being in such close proximity to so many strangers like this, a big man like him. Even if he is fit and alright in the looks department. He just felt awkward- being so tall andā¦around others. But heās in Turkey out of necessity. Itās not like work gave him much of a choice.Ā
Itās only for three days, he tells himself. And in those three days, he might as well spend a little bit of time with Sadik- if only because heās the only man in the entire country that Florijn vaguely knows- but barely knowsā¦
Oh well. Heās already said yes to the man and itād be very rude to cancel this late, so off to the cafe he goesā¦see if he can find him.Ā
Or more like, see if Sadik can spot him first. Heās not hard to find- his spiky blonde haired head is peaking above everyone else in the crowded street.Ā
Sadik hadnāt ordered anything because he was still basically on time, and the Dutchman still wasnāt due to arrive just yet, but honestly, he sort of wanted to get something sweetājust a little snack before the other arrived. Maybe he could even eat it before the Dutchman arrived! The thought brought a bit of a smile to his lips as he sat there at the table which he had picked to be near the window because he enjoyed watching his people while they were out and about.
Seeing as he barely knew Ned, his stark white mask was present, completely concealing his eyes from view, but on the flip side, he could see completely fine as these particular masks were ones that he had custom made himself with not too much hassle. He couldnāt wear them to the airport, but around the cities and everywhere else was fine basically! Now, he didnāt hate Ned or anythingāhe just wasnāt comfortable enough around him to remove it; he honestly felt more comfortable having it on, but, maybe, if they grew closer, thatād change.
Glancing around, he perked up when he felt a familiar vibeāa vibe that was similar between all the nations which meant that one was rather close by. It had to be Ned as he was the one he was meeting, but where was he, exactly? Standing from his seat, the Turk glanced around and even peeked out the window nearest his seat before moving to another section of the shop.
Hmm⦠There were a lot of people around todayā¦āwait! Was that him? He stuck out with his spiky blonde hair and his height which was honestly a bit of a godsend in this situation, so the Turk exited through the doors and made his way towards the much taller man.
āHey, Ned,ā he called out with a friendly smile, but not so much to attract too much attentionājust enough so that the other would be able to hear him. He even waved!
