"As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, And its place acknowledges it no longer." Psalms 103:15-16
There's a field behind my hostel filled with lots of flowers. I take lone walks there sometimes, when the weather's pretty.
I remember pastor once said that we should never feel intimidated by other people, and if anyone ever talks to you like you're worth any less than how precious God thinks you are, just remember you are talking to a flower.
We're but flowers, but if anything, I think we're worth how much love there is in us.
And by 'love in us' I mean how much we know we're loved, not how much love we can give, because after all He first loved us.
I am a flower quickly fading, but in this life that is but a breath, I'm glad I got to know Love.
