I am once again asking you not to be tricked by meanie jerks using ai slop or photoshop or whatever to market flowers that either straight up don’t exist, or are not actually that color. I despise being forced to look at every goddamn photo and scrutinize if it’s ai or not, but I guess it’s gotta be done

Here’s some examples of when I looked up dahlias for sale online, often amazon has a whole range of scam flowers but sadly it has also spread to Etsy, with shops selling seeds/plants that are comically fake looking and edited, but these shops are making hella sales and it’s difficult to report them.

It's that time of year! Seed exchange at the Athabasca Library!

There are seed exchanges all over Alberta right now (seeds.ca has more information for Canada, too!)

I'm excited to share seeds and grow my garden 😄
