347. Flower foot
I have an oc named flowershine, and she's a white and orange tabby? Calico? I'm not sure what the breed is, but I could submit a picture if that helps. She's good with kits, though a bit overprotective of her own, and she's a calm, yet energetic cat if that makes since? She also has light green eyes. So, my question is- did I pick a good name for her, and do you have any alternatives?
I think this is a good name for her! Flower- is a good general prefix and can fit all sorts of appearances. -shine generally suits an optimistic, good natured, sunny cat. It sounds like your cat fits these characteristics, so I’d say that Flowershine fits her and is a good name in general!
Some other names that might fit her are:
Honeyflower (honey- for the red, -flower for her calm, maternal disposition)
Flowerbloom (-bloom for her caring personality, especially good if she experienced a lot of personal growth as an apprentice)
Brightpool (bright- for the red, -pool for her calm personality and the white spotting)
I’d recommend looking at prefixes for red cats (ie ember-, flame-, sun-) if you want to change her prefix. As for suffix specifically, I suggest:
-flower (if you change her prefix)
-bloom
-pool
-cloud (can apply to a calm, gentle cat, more often than not one who’s particularly fluffy or who has significant white spotting)
