I threw Kyle a heart during Flaws, and he made THE cat-like squinty eyes of approval.

And I waved at Will, and he SMILED

Dan TOUCHED MY HAND (his hand was surprisingly cool and not sweaty) and SANG A FEW LINES WITH ME during Icarus and Things We Lost in the Fire (wow. I still love his beautiful eyes. They’re as perfect as the pictures make them out to be)!!!!!

Wow all I need to do is meet them, then I can die happy.

Also need Charlie and Woody’s attention. They fucking rocked it, but they were all the way in the back??? Next time.

Keyboard cat boi: do you wish you were still a kid?

Okay I want to say “helllll yes” because being an adult is soooo challenging at times. Plus, I see my kids having fun & enjoying life in the purest ways & it makes me understand just how simply wonderful being a kid can be. However, there are parts of growing up that are particularly nerve-wracking & terrible, so I’m glad to be done with that whole process & have autonomy over my own life & such. 

Desmadonna: who are you jealous of?

Um, I am enormously jealous of anyone going to see a Bastille SATT show. Especially anyone who witnessed Dan jumping around on the bar in Glasgow tonight. 

Sail away with meh: who keeps you well-grounded or sane?

It’s funny because they definitely detract from my sanity but at the same time my aforementioned children do keep me well-grounded. They are a constant reminder that love is the most important thing we can do for each other & a lot of other crap in life is totally unimportant. And although my husband might argue that I never was sane & therefore cannot be kept sane, he is the sole reason I am able to handle life. No one on this planet is as kind, patient, selfless, & good-natured as him. And he can always diffuse a tense or upsetting situation with the exact dose of sarcastic humor (which catches me off-guard in the best way, even though after all this time I should probably expect it?).
