The flower medicine awakening within me at the moment reflects the end of the #fallseason where we let that which no longer serves us #fall on to the earth's surface to find it's way to be reviewed, heard, learned from this #winterseason, and then composted and recycled into #newlife come Spring. Tea making is one of my favorite ways of loving up on both myself and my communities. This here is a special brew made for folks in need of a heart holding, sweet flowing, self love moment. As we transition Season, let us gather in gratitude for this Summer's lessons and set intentions for Fall. Each season brings an abundance of medicine we can draw from. As we reap the lessons from Summer we shift into a deep (self) harvest that will lead us into a deep release later in late Fall/Winter. This gathering will ground us in the lessons seasons and flowers have to teach us about survival and resilience. Participants will call upon flower medicine to help them through transitions of all the kinds. We will meditate with a special Rose + Yarrow essence, experience + talk about the Spirit of Flowers, "wake" the plants up with our intentions and prepare a flower and herb bundle for ourselves. @colorcodedcollective is hosting me in their home offices in Boyle Heights this Thursday, Sept. 14th from 7-9pm.
