A mix of two patterns for the front. The front centre flower is part of a pattern from http://www.kristinescrochets.com/2019/06/crochet-flower-coaster-free-pattern.html? Slightly modified.

The wavey petals/shells stitch can be learnt from @naztazia ’s easy tutorials 🤩🙌🏻

The back is a classic granny circle.
