Rei went in and handed him the letter. She glanced at his notes for a moment and looked at the chemical compound chart. "To much Plutonian," she said softly to herself and then looked up at him once he had finished reading the letter.
Skimming through the letter, details of the girl's, arrival came to light and much of what he was expecting rang true. Rei's(her name as he learned) muttering did not escape his ears whilst read the lengthy, and rather bootlicking, document.
Looking at another's work without permission was rude, but to be expected from children. He'd been around them enough to know even that. It was only in courtesy that Orochimaru decided to humor the girl. Patronizing in nature, he thought little of the opinion of a mere child-a donation no less. But she was a new addition to his 'home', after all. And while she may be impolite, he was not.
"And how do you figure, hm?"
