Self awareness is the greatest of this journey. I don’t teach aerial yoga. I leave that to the experts. I teach movement,strength, creativity, and power, so that the flow empowers you to put in the work "talented effect " to progress the body's evolution. Everyone offers you with advice : My given advice from others was "to not be so strong, so intense and driven, to slow down and stop pushing so hard. To find balance and softness in life. So I did .
